Borrower came across a wonderful investment opportunity but did not have the income to qualify for another property. By using a Debt-Service-Coverage-Ratio (DSCR) program we were able to use the market rent of the property as the only necessary qualifying income. Within a month our client was the proud new owner of a great rental property whose income not only covered the borrower’s payment but provided supplemental income.
